SERVICES
Because we design with CAD and communicate almost entirely via email, we can work on both local and remote projects. To work remotely, we can guide you or your contractor through the measuring process and have you send photos of the jobsite.
LAYOUT PACKAGE- $1500
Includes floor plan, elevations, and rendered perspectives of your kitchen design layout with unlimited changes. See PROCESS for further description. Add $250 for a wheelchair accessible space.
FINISH PACKAGE- $1000
Includes working with your cabinet provider, whether through me or someone else, and helping you select any finishes for your kitchen- door style, countertops, backsplash, flooring, lighting. See PROCESS for further description. Add $250 for a wheelchair accessible space.
BOTH PACKAGES PURCHASED TOGETHER- $2250
ADDITIONAL ROOMS
Baths and additional rooms can be added on, or designed independently, at a price based on the size and scope of the project. Minimum $500 for a stand-alone project.
HOURLY RATE- $75
We also offer design services at an hourly rate.
