PNW CRAFTS-MAN

My clients are turning a 1980's vanilla box into a Pacific Northwest Craftsman stunner. The old kitchen was enclosed to become part of a new master suite, the new kitchen was relocated to the existing dining room, and a bedroom was removed to make space for the new dining room. Now the space is much more open, and flow between inside and out is improved, as large French doors were added to access the back deck.

Quarter-sawn oak cabinets and a stone backsplash add the perfect amount of texture and pattern. A large island provides space for bringing in vegetables from the garden as well as laying out a buffet for a large crowd. New hickory floors laid on the diagonal add energy to this space made for entertainment.
